The Company: Lighting Dynamics was incorporated in 1996. The company's primary focus is the design and marketing of outdoor lighting for commercial and retail applications. The company's principal activities have been the design, development and manufacturing of the Lightscaper series light fixtures with a projected 2004 production release date. These specific light fixture designs are classified as "Cutoff" and "Floodlight" designs. "Wall-mount" and "Ground mount" versions of this same light fixture line are projected to be released in late 2005.

The Founder: Craig Volkens is a graduate of Iowa State University with a degree in Industrial Management. He has over 18 years experience in the lighting industry. Working as a direct sales representative for a major lighting manufacturer he gained a broad knowledge of all facets of the lighting industry. With a concentration in the marketing and sales of specification grade industrial, commercial and roadway lighting equipment he became fully involved in lighting projects from initial lighting design layout to overseeing final installation. He was the founder/designer of a custom designed outdoor street light which resulted in a full product line for this manufacturer.
