Housing
The Lightscaper has one-piece die cast aluminum housing. airodynamic styling features integral cooling side ribs which are located on both sides of the electrical compartment. The housing top has 18° slopes from vertical as viewed from the side. All hardware is stainless steel or zinc plated steel.
Lens Assembly
Lens Frame and latching is one piece 1/8" aluminum. The door frame is incased with 3/16" clear tempered glass lens sealed to the door frame with high temperature RTV silicone adhesive. Door frame and housing are retained by three stainless steel gasket screws. The perimiter of the door frame is sealed with high temperature 3/8" silicone gasketing.
Reflectors
Three piece optic desigh uses a combination of specular and hammer specular material to produce a highly efficient cutoff photometrics.

Socket
Porcelean mogul-base sockets are mounted vertically so the new generation of pulse start lamps can be used which dramatically improves the efficiency and performance of the luminaire.
Ballast
Electrical components are factory pre-wired with quick disconnect plugs, and are mounted to a one-piece hinged ballast tray. The ballast tray disengages from the housing without the use of tools, which allows the removal of electric tray for service.
Finish
Standard finish for housing, lens frame and support arm is a matching ployester powder coat paint. The normal thickness of the powder coating is 2.5mm. All components are cleaned and pretreated with an iron phosphate process which assures maximum paint adhesion
